Michel Roux's Service on BBC2 has got the team talking after following eight trainees trying to convince Michel Roux they can handle the pressure in some of Europe's best restaurants and hotels. Nathan's mantra has always been, 'the key to great service is anticipating clients' needs' and Michel Roux himself says, 'You have to know what the customer wants before he even realises it himself'. Great minds think alike.
