C4 Upfront 2018

Channel 4 Sales played host to over 1,200 media industry movers and shakers at The Roundhouse, a Grade II listed former railway engine shed in Chalk Farm. This event was a showcase of the very best of C4’s programming, as well as an opportunity to reinforce their reputation as risk-takers and innovators.

Whereas previous Upfronts had centred around a 90-minute seated presentation, this year the focus was flipped, cutting the presentation to just 30-minutes, and instead delivering programming communication through 14 engaging experiential content zones.

The evening kicked off with a presentation from Channel 4's new chief executive Alex Mahon and once the presentations were over guests were able to explore and discover immersive programming experiences such as The Bake Off kitchen, The Googlebox studio and even fly to Mars with Sean Bean and Beau Willimon in our The First experience.

Guests got to mingle with many of the shows celebs before watching music performances from stars including Jess Glynne, James Arthur, Tom Odell and Rudimental.

Drinks we served from the First Dates bar and you could order chips with lobster Marie Rose or Truffle salt and Parmesan from the Derry Girls chip shop.
